Phyto B3 is a natural Hormone Replacement Therapy that works without any side effect. It literally stops all, if not most, Menopausal symptoms and replaces the traditional medical prescriptions without any side effects. Phyto B3 is a homeopathic formula developed by a company in Oregon that also produces other formulas for more specific needs which, are only available through licensed health care practioners; we carry these formulas in our clinic for patients that have more specific needs. Please feel free to call and discuss your needs with the Doctor. Phyto B3 supplies all three ester groups of Estrogen; the active ingredients are Estrone (E1), Estradiol (E2), and Estriol (E3) 8 pellets deliver 2 milligrams of active Tri-Estrogen, as well as 65 milligrams of Progesterone which means this formula is balanced for menopausal needs. E1 and E2 (Estrone and Estradiol) stimulate the lining in the Uterus and the E3 (Estriol), the shortest acting and weakest, effects the vaginal tissue. E3 needs to be 1.5-2.5 mg. per day to manage menopause, and because this product delivers a balanced formula there is no need to worry about what you are getting. Another reason to use hormone replacement therapy is that Estriol (E3) and Progesterone help with bone density as well as prevent symptoms of vaginal dryness. To help manage Menopause and PMS symptoms it is always recommended that you eliminate caffeine, sodas, complex carbohydrates and processed foods, or at least severely limit your intake. FYI! Many of the Progesterone creams on the market are synthetic due to the fact that the wild yam has a cellulose based molecule which is too large to be absorbed through the skin, unless it is microbially fermented, which maintains its natural form, it has to be produced synthetically so that the cellulose structure is altered into a form that can then be absorbed through the skin.
