ADD/ADHD

These problems and others that involve children who have limited attention spans and/or are hyperactive, or socially maladjusted are NEVER due to a Ritalin Deficiency.

Recent scientific studies have now shown that the long term effects of Ritalin is that there is decreased blood flow to the brain which has routinely been causing gross malfunctions in the brain of the developing child.

Some of the effects of Ritalin are:

• Impaired thinking ability and memory loss due to the decreased blood supply.
• Growth hormone disruption, which could lead to suppressed growth in both the brain and body.
• Neurological tics, with an increased risk of Tourette’s Syndrome.
• Social withdrawal, depression, insomnia, addiction, agitation.
• Decreased ability to learn.

Dr. Peter Breggin’s new book "Talking Back to Ritalin", documents how Ritalin can also suppress the creative, spontaneous and autonomous activity in children while producing little or no benefit toward the psychological effects of the child’s academic performance or achievement.

Although ADD/ADHD problems may involve psychological and physical stresses, one or more the following problems are also frequently present and need to be addressed before the problem can be resolved:

• Food and/or Environmental Sensitivity.
• Reactive Hypoglycemia.
• Cranial Faults.

• Heavy Metal Body Burden.
• Intestinal Parasites.

Through diet analysis, muscle testing and laboratory analysis (where indicated) the above problems with many of the ADD/ADHD children can be helped and in many cases, if not most, these children can be removed from the drug therapies that control their symptoms.
